EcoFest and Agfest Event Prize Draw May 2025 - Competition Terms

Eligibility:
The prize draw is open to residents of Tasmania aged 18 and over

Promotion Period:
The promotion Period will be during EcoFest event days (Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th April) and during Agfest event days (Thursday 1st May to Saturday 3rd May 2025) inclusive

Entry:
To entrants must follow the entry method as specified in the promotional material. No purchase necessary to enter. Only one entry per person can be submitted

Prize:
The prize is as described in the promotional material at Ecofest and Agfest

The Prize is a colourful Single Bed Handmade Quilt as show on the Tasmania Wildlife Hospital Stand.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted by Tasmania Wildlife Hospital Board Member and draw on Monday 5th May 2025 at 5.00pm

Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by email within two days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Data Protection:
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be used for the purposes of the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with consent given by the entrant at the time of entering this is providing your name and email address for the purposes of subscribing to our Tasmania Wildlife Hospital Newsletter

General:
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

Jurisdiction:
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Tasmanian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
